All our guards are licensed, insured, and trained through our state-approved academy.
Do you offer security guard training and how can I enroll?
Yes, our state-approved academy offers D-License (unarmed) and G-License (armed) courses, plus fire watch certification. All courses feature pre-recorded video lessons you can watch at your own pace, plus optional in-person training at our Tamarac facility. You can enroll directly through our website—simply select your course, complete registration, and make payment through our secure checkout. Upon completion, many top students are offered positions with JM Security.
How does billing work and do I need a long-term contract?
We offer flexible billing options including weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly invoicing based on your preference. Most commercial clients receive monthly invoices with detailed reports of hours worked. While many clients choose long-term partnerships for discounted rates, we also offer month-to-month agreements and short-term contracts for events and temporary needs. For ongoing services, no deposit is required—just the first month's payment.
